When you contact us through the “Contact Us” feature of the Website, email or by mail, when you call us, when you schedule a consultation, or when you enter into the Services Agreement, will be asked to provide certain information, which may include name, e-mail address, shipping address, phone number, reason for contact, and any other information you are contacting us about (collectively, “Contact Information”). The Contact Information is used to provide the requested service or information and to contact you for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services.

If you enter into a Services Agreement, you can pay for the services through the Website by providing certain additional information which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing address, billing zip code, activation code, bank information, and similar information (“Billing Information”). Such Billing Information will be collected and processed by our third-party payment processor pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use. We do not directly obtain or process any Billing Information.

From time to time, we may administer contests, surveys, and quizzes through the Website. Any information you submit as part of such contests, surveys, and quizzes (“Survey Information”) will be used to administer the applicable contests, surveys, and quizzes. About Children

The Coachanizer does not knowingly collect or receive personal information from children under the age of 18 through the Website.
